Roundworms in puppies and kitties:
All puppies and kitties that have roundworms most likely inherited them from their mother, either while in the womb or while nursing.
Puppies and kitties with roundworm can often show no symptoms. However it isn’t uncommon to see the worms in their vomit or diarrhea.
The symptoms of roundworms can include:
- weight loss
- distended belly(pot belly)
